Analytics is your landing page after sign-in: honest flow metrics for boards, change metrics for Flow, and reliability metrics for Incidents — built on an append-only event history. Distributions and trends, not vanity averages.
Board flow metrics
The kanban canon: cumulative flow to spot the column that's piling up, weekly throughput, current WIP against limits, and due-date performance — per board, per period.
Cycle time in percentiles
Every completed card plotted as start-of-work → done, with 50th and 85th percentile lines. Averages hide outliers; the outliers are the story.
Aging WIP — the unstick list
In-progress cards ranked by time stuck in their column, oldest highlighted. Click one and it opens right on its board, ready to be moved.
Monte Carlo forecasting
“When will the next 20 cards be done?” answered from your real weekly throughput — thousands of simulated futures, reported as 50/70/85/95% confidence dates, not a guess.
Change enablement metrics
The Flow view answers ITIL and DORA questions: change volume by type, success rate, lead time distributions per change type, and the emergency-change ratio against a target band.
Find the approval bottleneck
Time spent waiting at each gate — Manager vs CAB vs ECAB — as average and 85th percentile, plus per-approver response times (visible to admins only) with links straight to the stuck queue.
Rejection & rework, verbatim
Rejection rate per gate, how often requests loop back for rework, and the actual rejection comments — because the reason a gate says no is already in your audit data.
Reliability, measured honestly
The Incidents view: median time-to-mitigate and time-to-resolve with weekly trends, incident volume stacked by severity, top affected boards, and the change failure rate — closed changes that actually caused incidents, named individually.
Filters that live in the URL
Date presets or a custom range, board picker, change-type chips — every filter is a query param, so any view you're looking at is a link you can bookmark or send.
CSV export per widget
Every chart exports exactly the series it renders — aggregated, not raw events — for the report that's due Friday. And every number reconciles with the underlying tables.
